We wanted to enhance your and your client’s service experience, and thus have updated the Firstbeat Life web report with improved usability and new interesting features.
Key Improvements and new features:
- Firstbeat Graph now has improved scaling and more accurate HR and HRV graphs, so you can monitor in even greater detail how your client’s nervous system reacts in different situations. You can also view the HR and HRV graphs simultaneously if desired.
- Floating information bar on the top of the report with end-user parameters (such as age, BMI and fitness level) allows you to see your client’s background information constantly without the need to go back and forth in the report.
- NEW Subjective wellbeing and mood reporting enables you to find new uses for utilizing Firstbeat Life, for example, as part of mental coaching or psychological services.
- NEW Score comparisons can be found from its own page “Comparisons”. It helps you understand your client’s well-being in relation to their age group and gender.
- Improved printing. Choose which sections you wish to print or not to print. The pdf look and feel has also been significantly improved.
- Missing or Poor Data quality. The summary section includes information on the amount of missing or poor-quality data to facilitate data quality assessment and identification of possible anomalies OR Exceptions.
If you wish, you can still switch back to the old view from the left side of the report. Have a look and browse through the new report in Firstbeat Life Admin and tell us what you think!
We hope these changes improve the usability of Firstbeat Life and help you serve your clients even better!
